A Yes, many of our clients visit us in China. Please schedule an appointment in advance and we'll arrange a factory tour and reception.

A Yes. Provide a reference sample to or simply share your requirements, and we'll develop a formulation for your approval.

A Yes, we offer full label and packaging-design services. Share your logo and packaging requirements, we'll handle production and packaging under your brand.

A For loose leaf tea, standard net weight options include 25g, 50g, 100g, 200g, 300g and 500g. Other sizes are available on request.

A Yes. Our R&D team can develop tea formulas for your menu and provide brewing guides for bubble tea, fruit tea, and other drinks.

A Our payment terms are flexible. We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Alipay, and other common international payment methods.

A ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, HALAL, MUI, FDA, and BPJPH. We can share the documents on request.

A Yes. Email us the items you'd like to try along with your shipping address and we'll arrange samples. We recommend sampling before committing to a bulk order.

A We send a pre-production sample for your approval before anything goes into bulk production. We only start once you are happy with the quality.

A We support FOB, CIF, DDP, and other standard Incoterms. Most bulk orders ship by sea.

A Standard production takes around 7 to 15 days. Custom packaging may take a little longer. We will give you an exact timeline before confirming the order.

A A 20' GP container holds approximately 10–11 tons. A 40' HQ container holds approximately 23–24 tons. Exact capacity depends on your packaging format.
